What’s the best thing about Crowe Financial Planning?
Inclusivity of race, gender, etc. employees can bring their whole selves to work. I enjoy being part of a team that cares about what we do for our clients. There are opportunities to develop and progress within the firm.
Tell me about your role?
I lead the Client Review team. We predominately prepare the draft review reports for the consultants to provide to our clients, which form the basis of the annual review meetings. We also check any compliance requirements are current.
What is important to me when delivering client service?
I always think about whether the client would be happy to receive our reports, we make them personal and bespoke.
My favourite film or book.
Book – The very hungry caterpillar by Eric Carle.
Film – very hard to pick just one so I will say Grease.
What matters to you most in three words?
Family, friends and happiness (because it might be frowned upon if I said gin!?)
What do you enjoy most about your role?
There is quite a lot of variety, and I find it interesting when researching the client files, in order to provide a comprehensive summary of their activity in the period under review.
