Tell me about your role?
I support the Client Support Manager with the daily operations of the team, providing assistance and guidance to other team members and propose ways to enhance operational procedures. I also help advisors deliver exceptional service to both current and new clients. This involves a wide range of products including pensions, investments, protection and employee benefit cover.
What is important to me when delivering client service?
To make sure we complete tasks as expected and communicating with relevant parities with updates and the outcome.
