The team - colleagues are always friendly and helpful. As a recent joiner, the Induction Programme equipped me with lots of good information and training required to do my job to a very high standard without feeling overwhelmed.

As a member of the Client Support team I am responsible for ensuring all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively, delivering a positive experience for both external and internal clients.
What is important to me when delivering client service?
Ensuring all clients experience a smooth, convenient and hassle-free journey. I always treat clients in a way I would want to be treated.

Favourite film - Hot Fuzz. It still makes me chuckle every time I watch it and I’ve lost count the number of times I’ve seen it!

Family, Health and Crystal Palace FC!

Working in a friendly team with colleagues passionate about delivering excellent customer service and outcomes for our clients.
