Of our values, the most important to me is ‘We invest’. I have felt fully supported throughout my career and know that Crowe want me to achieve in order to reach my full potential.
The training I have received goes beyond college courses, as the work has been varied to give me a broader range of knowledge than I expected.

When applying for apprenticeships, I felt it was important to work for a firm that values it’s employees. This is something that really stood out for me when going through the interview process at Crowe.
As a school leaver, I knew beginning my career straight out of school would be a big jump but they made sure to support me in my work and studies to give me the best possible start to my career.

The network plays a key role in the advancement of workplace equality. Our colleagues are friends, people that we spend more time with than we do our own families, so it’s really important to make sure everybody can feel comfortable and supported to be themselves.

Even though I applied for my role at Crowe back in 2020, I was always getting regular updates and clear communication despite all the delays at the time. Once hiring resumed, Crowe got back in touch and I was able to continue my application process from where it was left.
The application process was not drawn out and the interview was also not too stressful.
How did you find the application process?

The ED&I networks are hugely important to Crowe for its present and future growth. Although society has come a long way, prejudice and inequality is still around us in many forms. The network reinforces the message that discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. Being able to bring your whole self to work allows an individual to flourish without fear of hiding who they are. Having that safe space for a member of the LGBTQ+ community can be incredibly vital.
