Why I became a Financial Planner?
There’s not enough education around how to plan for your future, and it can be a minefield of regulation. I became a Financial Planner to help people better understand their finances and how they can help them achieve their dreams.
Specialist areas of advice I find rewarding.
Estate planning is an area of advice that has so many varied options for planning and each solution is unique in so many ways, just like our clients. Finding the right solutions to fit the right people is incredibly rewarding.
What's important to me when delivering advice?
I want my clients to achieve their life goals without the worry and stress of how to achieve them, by providing highly personalised financial plans centred around an individual’s needs and circumstances.
My favourite book and film.
Any book by Michael Crichton was always a winner. The original Jurassic Park retains a high personal value for me in both camps and is one of very few instances when a movie adaption met the expectations of the book.
What matters to you most in three words?
Family, friends and the latest crisis coming out of Manchester United FC.
What I enjoy most about my role.
Meeting people and listening to their stories – it is the foundation of what we do and you get to meet many interesting people; it is always satisfying to know that you are able to make a positive impact for someone.
