What’s the best thing about Crowe Financial Planning?
It has the small company feel, but with benefits of being part of a larger company where the employee’s welfare is absolutely paramount. Our Consultants genuinely care for all their clients and this is filtered through to the team, so every person involved with each client is looking out for their best interest.
Tell me about your role?
My main focus lies with the Client Support Team and ensuring they are able to deliver a high-quality client experience. I am also part of the Operations Management team who drive the procedural enhancements for the business.
What is important to me when delivering client service?
That my team and I consistently deliver the type of service I would expect to receive if I were a client and ensuring expectations are at the very least being met if not exceeded.
My favourite book and film.
I prefer a tv series to a film, as I like to follow the lead’s ongoing story, the same rule applies to books, where I much prefer a book series than a standalone book.
Karin Slaughter’s Grant County series or P.J. Tracey’s Monkeywrench series are particularly good reads.
What matters to you most in three words?
Loved-ones, happiness, health.
My close family and friends are my number one priority in life. With them even the worst of days can be overcome.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Developing people and processes.
