Exiting a renewables project can either take the form of the sale of the project itself, the technology underpinning the business or the equity of that business. In either scenario, exit planning must be undertaken at the appropriate time, in order to extract value from the exit, but to also preserve and protect wealth on a personal basis.
We appreciate the assistance of the Corporate Finance team at Crowe to help us with our admission to the Standard Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. Crowe's service was very efficient and supportive. I would certainly recommend them to other companies looking to admit to the Standard List in London.
