The current academic year has seen many aspects of independent school life return to a sense of ‘normality.’ The next 12-18 months will remain challenging as independent schools look to respond to a post pandemic environment, inflation and the longer-term effects of the Ukraine conflict. Yet as the resilience during the pandemic illustrated, individual schools and the sector, are now better placed with new skills and tools to tackle adversity.
