Tell me about your role?
To ensure that all client requests are compliant, dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.
Communication is a key part of the role, making sure that the clients, client support team and the consultants are kept up to date with work activities.
What is important to me when delivering client service?
To make sure that everything is as easy and painless as possible for the clients. It is important to spend that extra time to make life easier eg including prepaid envelopes with forms that need returning, or a quick call to manage the clients expectations.
My favourite film.
Mary Poppins the original film and the new one, was also really good.
What matters to you most in three words?
Husband, family, dog.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
The variety, no two days are the same! Also, the team, such great people to work with.
